Janice Green is an effective public speaker and has lectured solo, and on panels, at many continuing legal education seminars and workshops sponsored by the State Bar of Texas, University of Texas School of Law, and Collaborative Law Institute of Texas. She’s spoken to other groups, including mental health professionals and financial professionals.
She’s written over 40 in-depth articles for family law attorneys, published by the State Bar of Texas, University of Texas School of Law, Collaborative Law Institute of Texas, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Topics include complex property issues, representing the older client, unusual evidence issues, intellectual property, ethics, Collaborative Law, parent-child issues, and trial skills.
Her current emphasis in public speaking, workshops, and writing is the topic of late-life divorce and her book, Divorce After 50.
